‍Rob Nesbit is a highly respected striking coach known for his technical expertise, positive presence, and approachable coaching style. His genuine investment in his students helps create an encouraging environment where athletes of every experience level can thrive.

With years of striking experience, Rob combines technical precision with patient instruction, helping beginners build strong fundamentals while guiding experienced fighters to the next level. He also dedicates time to working individually with students and serves as a trusted cornerman for Coalition fighters in competition.

After beginning his martial arts journey at Charlottesville MMAI, Rob continued training alongside his teammates even after the academy closed, eventually finding a home at Coalition Combat Sports. Since then, he has played an important role in the growth of our striking program and the development of both hobbyists and competitive athletes.
